The Thinking Advantage™ — For Winery Leaders & Teams

When People Think Better, They Lead Better

Helping winery leaders make better decisions by improving their quality of thinking.

The Foundation of Effective Leadership

Transforming Leadership Through Thought

Today’s winery leaders are making higher-stakes decisions in a more uncertain environment than ever before. Pressure, constant interruption, and rapid change can make clear thinking difficult. The Thinking Advantage creates the conditions where leaders and teams think independently, challenge assumptions, make better decisions, and build lasting commitment to action.

Three Ways We Can Work Together

Leadership Clarity Sessions

For owners & senior leaders

Clarify complex challenges, test assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and move forward with confidence.

Team Thinking Sessions

For leadership teams & departments

Unlock collective intelligence, improve communication, solve difficult problems, and build genuine commitment.

Thinking Advantage Meetings

For organizations

Transform meetings into places where people think independently, contribute fully, and make better decisions together.

Why It Works

People do their best thinking when they know:

  • they will not be interrupted
  • their ideas will be respected
  • every voice matters
  • assumptions can be questioned safely
  • the goal is the best solution — not winning an argument

The Result:

  • Better decisions
  • Stronger leadership teams
  • Greater alignment
  • More productive meetings
  • Higher engagement and ownership
  • A culture where people think at their best

Jennifer Bell is a Certified Time to Think® Facilitator & Coach and founder of Waves Thinking Consultancy.

After years of watching brilliant leaders get stuck — not for lack of ideas, but for lack of space to think clearly — she built her practice around a simple belief: better thinking leads to better leadership.

Today, Jennifer works with winery owners and leadership teams across Sonoma County, helping them slow down, ask better questions, and make decisions they can stand behind.

The Thinking Place at Lunch

Confidential. Respectful. No advice. No interruption. Just time to think.

The Thinking Place at Lunch is a 45-minute online gathering where you are paired with another thoughtful person.

Each person receives ten minutes of uninterrupted attention to think aloud about whatever matters most — a leadership challenge, a decision, an opportunity, an experience, or simply something you’ve been wanting time to think about.

You won’t receive advice or be interrupted. You’ll discover what becomes possible when someone trusts that you can think for yourself.

Use this time to:

  • clarify a decision
  • untangle assumptions
  • prepare for an important conversation
  • reflect on an experience
  • make sense of change
  • reconnect with what they already know
  • or simply enjoy the rare experience of uninterrupted thinking
